Well here we go again. Second win! Not only am I not being consistent with my blog, but I'm not being consistent with my own journal. We'll have to fix that soon. I've had a huge zombie craving lately for all things zombie. That goes for video games, board games, movies, books, comics, etc. I'm still in that phase, but oh well. In other news, the zombie board game is almost up! I'm almost done with mine but in the meantime I got the board game Zombies!!! by Twilight Productions Inc. If I make my board game, it will be by DMA Productions! I've wanted a company named that for a while now actually.

I've been a little unmotivated lately but today that changed for the better today. I actually got things done and read the Watchtower with Darla and got to see her new cat Kyomi! She is so cute and always wants to sleep in every crevice she can get her hands on. She still not as cute as Darla. I can't get over how alike they are though.

As for school I officially committed grade suicide with Pre Calculus by failing my last quiz. Blargh. School just needs to end.

But on a brighter note...

I've been getting a lot of cool music lately. It makes me happy being able to expand my musical horizons. I've also been playing at some jazz competions this past weekend. I want to write a story or something. Draw even. I wanna be creative again. I miss that. But that's it for now.

I've not posted here for a long while. Well no matter. There have been MANY changes and eventful things that had happened since then. I've continued my relationship with my loving Darla, finished my last marching season, I've gone to a couple of symphonic band competitions, seen and done many things, learned about a great deal more music than I knew about, and just got to live a lot more. I've started a journal a long while ago. About the time I started this blog to tell the truth. Well at least my last post.

Let's start with Darla. There she is. She's the love of my life. I mean I just can't imagine life without her. She is very kind, understanding, loving, fun, beautiful (not only on outside, but very much so on the inside), and she only continues to improve herself. Being with her has made me become much more stable, a lot more Christian-like, and the obvious, happy. She has shown me so much in just a few months. A little over 8-months in a relationship and more as a friend. She is not only my girl-friend, but she is my best friend. That, I know without a doubt. Her name is Darla Marie Gallegos and I love her. I can go on and on about her, but then I'll never be able to get to the other things that have happened lately.

Well lets go in order of what I said and I'll even add some more to that.

Marching band is over. I can always reminisce about it now. Yes, there were many good times, many not-so-good times. But it was the best experience I've had in my life as of yet. It does not rival my being with Darla, but life experience. If I did not go into marching band I would have not met her anyways. So a lot of good came from it. We did 2 rock shows and 2 musical shows and although some years were better than others, the point is I still tried my best and got through it all in one piece and also became a better musician along with it. I learned how to play baritone this year and became a section leader of the baritones (T.K. and I). I also helped the trombones with learning since there were many of them. It was nice to know that the band program would survive by getting Mr. Winer out of the teaching in Ramona and to get a new band director so that the students would stay in the music program. As for symphonic band, I'm still in the baritone section with little Ryan coming to join us. Band is good even with the little annoyances that sometimes come with it.

This picture is just to show the times I've had in jazz band. This was The Evening of Jazz I had some time ago. It was one of my favorite jazz performances other then the San Diego trip one. Well maybe I did not like that one so much, but who cares, right? I finally got a solo, but I still need to work on it because it is no where near as good as I would like it to be. Hah, Nicky looks grump in that picture. She is the one to the far left. Jazz band was a great experience I've had and even getting up at 6:00 A.M. every morning was worth the playing ability I got from it. I may have overworked myself this year with all these musical activities I joined: Marching Band, Jazz Band, and Drumline, but I still love doing all these things regardless of how much I complained.

I've learned about so much music lately that I have to wonder where I've been for a while. I got a new i-pod as well. So I'm happy. I even found my lost ipod so that made me even more happy. Not much to say right here

Ah yes! I also visited my family in Wisconsin over Christmas break. I got to celebrate it with them and played in the snow for the first time in forever. Since I was a kid in Big Bear. And I was cold outside. I mean that weather was freezing! I got to see my brothers, dad, and second mom for 2 weeks this time. We did a lot of gaming there and it was all good. We even broke some sleds while going sledding. I'm going again in the summer and adding another week to my stay time. Maybe one day I'll stay for a couple of months, aye?

But as for myself, I've changed. I've been much more happy, I've been becoming a little more responsible, my self-esteem has sky rocketed, and I think I've actually even matured a little more. I've started to study with the Jehovah's Witnesses and I started going to the Kingdom Hall which is the equivalent of a church for lack of a better metaphor. I feel very at home there and just love being there. My mom has other things in mind, but I'll figure things out. I've decided to continue my bible study with Tom, who is teaching me.

Well, I'm starting to just come out blank. I'll save more from another time. Hey, I could just start typing my journal entries from my journal. Edit some things that do not need to be said, but yeah. Sounds like a plan to me.

Later days.

An IntroDMA

Hey this is Monty checking in. I deleted my old blog posts and I'm just starting over. I've been busy over the past couple of months. Lets see what I should fill you in on. For starters, I can happily say I'm not single anymore. I've been with a girl named Darla for about 3 months, 1 month officially. But whatever, at least I have someone and I love her. And she loves me, so that's all cool.

Oh yes, I have become a section leader in the marching band I am in at Bonita High School. The whole band experience has taken me a long way. I've got a lot of band stories to tell as I go.

I've been kicking ass in x-box live. If you would like to play with me, add the gamertag MontyDMA. I usually just play Halo 3, but am getting other games. Yep.

Oh yes, I almost forgot, I am finally a senior. No matter how much people tell me I am one, I don't think I'll feel like one until I graduate.

I got rid of my long hair about a week ago too. Yeah a lot of things have changed actually. The only thing that hasn't really changed is me.

But more on that later, I'm just telling you the things I was up to since my last post... well technically this is my first post again. >.<

Well for those of you who know me, you know me for the most part. For those of those who don't, the name is Monty. If you happen to read this blog, your just going to find me ranting, complaining, and debating with myself. Plus you might even find out things you would never guess about me. But this will be an intro and I'll talk about that later.
